My stay was very comfortable and the host, Paolo was very attentive and eager to assist with anything needed.
He picked me up from the station, which was a lovely surprise to not have to negotiate directions, taxis etc.
Assisted with clothes washing and helped arrange a day trip to local places of interest.
The place was very clean and my room spacious with a full bathroom available for my own use.
Breakfast was adequate, but limited selection.

Great location.
The bathroom did not feel safe - it was hard to get in and out of the bath as access was limited and there was nothing to hold onto. That was ok for me, but would not be fine for anybody slightly infirm.
