It was a little hidden gem with a wonderful family and food
All European showers are small.

Perfect place, fantastic owners, incredible food! One of the best experiences in Tuscany so far. As we are traveling without previous bookings and booking hotels just before the night, this was a gem in our trip!

It’s a family business, which I personally like a lot. Hard working people. The place is so nice, we spend some time in the garden reading :-). Also try some dishes in the restaurant!

Lovely owner and staff. Very clean. Nice meal in restaurant. Great location.
Awful smell of sewers in bathroom which was even worse with extractor on. Rumbling of extractor from kitchen which didn't go off until 11pm.

Excellent stay, rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff are very helpful and always welcome you with a smile! Perfectly situated between Pisa and Lucca so if you have a car this is the ideal location to visit the area!
Final point is the breakfast is excellent, self serve but with everything you could need even egg cooker! 😁😁😁😁

Comfortable, quiet room. Reception located in the restaurant, but not difficult to find. The woman who met us at reception was very friendly!
Wi-fi was not working during out visit, unfortunately.

I liked the communication of the stuff, flexibility, garden and restaurant of the hotel.
Rooms were a bit old style.

Location was great for visiting Pisa and Lucca. The restaurant was good and people were nice, although the start (check-in) was a bit rough.
Breakfast was very basic compared to the delicious food they serve in the restaurant, which is a pity.

They also have a restaurant which seemed very nice.
Close to the main road but we cannot really hear the traffic.

I recommend!
One of the men that seemed to be the owner of the place was not very pleasant when we checked in, however the woman that took our information was very nice and helpful.

Convenient to Motorway and quiet at night. Nobody around because of COVID so that was a plus for me, but not, obviously, for the hosts.
Tricky to find. A phone call with hosts clarified all.
