A fantastic apartment with everything you need. Even a bottle of bubbly 🍾 on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. All rooms were exceptional clean and modern. A great base and location for exploring Holt on foot. Free parking was an added bonus. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend 👌 Thank you

All on one level, suited my Mum and her limited mobility
Although we didn’t use the kitchen facilities, it seemed very well equipped
Outside, back area was rather messy and frontage looked a little tired

Very pleasant hosts Helena and Evgeny were most welcoming and helpful. And the fish tank was a great feature. Interesting town very well located for sightseeing visits around the region. Large Budgens close by excellent for the self catering aspect.

Great walk in shower
The sitting area was very spacious for two.
Nice welcome touches.
Having parking at the property is real bonus arriving early and able to park and after checking out was able to leave the car until we were ready to leave Holt.
