The price! The location was easy to explore from and in a safe neighborhood. The A/C was great. Room was tiny, mostly room for the bed, but we made it work. Had to slide suitcase under bed and pull it out to access. Roomy shower with good pressure. It is a hostel, so you have a room in the house, but each has its own lock and key. Our first time staying in a hostel, but it was fine! Kitchen was well equipped and we used it every day! That was really nice! I don’t think anyone else was using it while we were there.
This was a busy place! That was not a problem, except you can hear everything from conversations at front desk to music, to tv shows and comings and goings. It gets really quiet about 8pm though!
I should also mention NO HOT WATER! Not at shower, sink, or kitchen. So be prepared. I reminded myself that it wasn’t even as cold as the river we swam in all day one day, so we survived. Just be sure you know.

good facilities to cook food within the kitchen, free coffee available at all times and private bathroom.
the room was extremely small and the property was somewhat out of town however, this was known prior to booking.
