Spacious, good size. Convenient area for what we wanted. Property contact was flexible.
It won awards a few years ago (2017) but property & furniture is now looking tired. needs a new lick of paint and updating. Hot dispenser didn’t work properly. Heated but not boiling water for tea/coffee. No towels supplied (we knew this as asked before hand) but this is a nuisance when you are coming from overseas. I would have expected towels. There were signs everywhere (entrances and lifts) saying “Airbnb & Homestay guests are NOT ALLOWED in Ari Utama Condominiums.
YOU are NOT WELCOME here!”
Made us feel uncomfortable.
Not enough seating. Only one 3-seater sofa. Needs one more sofa or a couple of armchairs.

Very spacious and clean apartment with nice balcony. Comfortable beds and big bathroom
The pool was under mantanance so we couldn't use it. The host told us that usually it is possible to use the pool.

No one to meet and let us in . Agent not very co-operative.

Host was responsive, place was spacious with 3 rooms- 6 pax not a problem. Clean place with good wifi connection. Balcony with pool view.

The space, location, cleanliness, swimming pool, the view.
No coffee/tea provided.
One of the neighbor are not friendly. We just arrived about 10 minutes, suddenly get warning from the neighbors that the kids are making noise. Not to protect the kids, but we just arrived at that time and they should give space at least for the kids.

There were signs all around the building saying that homestay guests are not welcome here. This made us feel very uncomfortable. The host should not put guests in this position.

Size and wifi
No stove(not advertised to have this), no towel(they didnt mentioned they have but normally towel are implied to be supplied. Should have mentioned explicitly) No microwave (although advertise to have one). Getting keys the first time was a hassle had to wait for someone to open the door. AC was not that cold, I had to clean the filter.

Highly recommended for family and friends. House is clean, with all the necessary facilities. Very convenient.
Nothing but it would be great if allowed for late checkout at reasonable cost.

We enjoyed the comfort of our 2 nights stay. I would say the best homestay experience I had before. Keep up the good host!

Only 1 access card. Its an apartment homestay, you should expect more than 1 car. So its quite challenging esp when your kids want to go to the pool and at the same time another family member need to go out to buy food.

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattresses were nice to sleep on, necessary appliances were provided. Strategically located, very near to airport and town, nearby food and supermarket. All in all, recommended place.

Great location. super spacious and clean apartment. Wifi was good. Provided basic facilities like water kettle, hair dryer, bathroom amenities (bring your own towel, though).
Fridge wasn't working well, plus the fridge was smelly. The aircon in the living area was also not working, so it gets really warm in the afternoons. Shower in both bathrooms were leaky, but otherwise working.

The Refrigerator need to be fix. Need to provide gas stove and cooking utensil for family traveler. Need to provide basic TV access (MYTV decoder or ASTRO Enjoy).
