La situation très pratique avec plusieurs supermarchés à proximité. Jolie chambre de grande taille, propre avec un lit confortable. Grande salle de bain. Bon accueil.
L'établissement ne sert par de petit-déjeuner, cela aura été pratique. Mais nous avons pu faire du thé et du café et avons fait quelques cours à proximité.

Location
Table Glass was broken and they claim it is because of us yet we do no think that. This is not a problem, the problem was the call I received from the manger who was disrespectful and rude on the phone. The other reception ( from Egypt) was very kind and apologised for his manger’s nonsense which solved the issue. I will never stay there again cuz u know the customer service quality when there is an issue

rooms were not facilitated properly, as the hotel is at appropriate place & facilities available around the hotel are good.
must need to improve breakfast & should be with normal edible items.

It’s on good location
Not cleaning room on daily basis - 2nd breakfast was different as shown in photos when i ask them they said it was 5 year old pictures

I booked 2 rooms and given connected rooms with common door entrance. The reception and check-in & out was smooth and pleasant staff. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The included breakfast was very basic. When I asked for a cold milk for my cereal the waiter asked me to pay for it, the same when I asked for a cup of coffee. No egg was left and they refused to supply for us.
