We had it confused with the property agent sending us a pin code with Booking.com pin code but we managed to sorted this out after making an emergency call and they were very friendly and helpful. It's partly my fault for not checking the sms or emails before checking in.
The house was generally ok except we found some blood or brown stains on the Master Bed quit cover and there were other stains, lots of dust, and furs/ hair on all bedrooms quit cover as well. I guess this property was left empty for a long time that these bed sheets and quit covers were left collecting dust and they didn't bother to replace it before we arrived. The check-in time was 3pm, and we have not check in early to allow plenty of time for them to do their cleaning job properly. We were disappointed that we have to sleep on a dusty and stains bed covers. My husband and I had a few bites marks after a second night stay too. We booked this place as it has good stars about the location and cleanness but guess not. I have to use the sticky roll to dust off all the bed covers and didn't want this bed experience ruin our trip. We message the property agent through booking.com login on the first day about these issues but they did not response.

The house is very comfortable and clean. We loved the beds in particular. The outdoor deck area is very nice and relaxing.
The advertisement mentioned there are 3 bathrooms but there are only two. There are only one ensuite bathroom and one bathroom with a separate toilet. We expected three bathrooms. We selected Margaret Hampton because of the 3 bathrooms. We were a little disappointed.
Also, the front and back yards were overgrown with weeds.
We were also very worried when we saw dingo warning signs along the beach. Actually, we saw a dingo howling in Bonner Street across the road while we were having pizza in the restaurant. We were traveling with our dogs, so we were very unsettled.

The accommodation was amazing everything has been thought of in this beautiful home for people to come and stay and not have worry about packing anything but food and drinks. This place was absolutely amazing

It’s so spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location.

the beds are very comfortable and the home is equipped with everything you need.
I enjoyed everything but if I had to say something it would be the lounge, while it allows for quite a few people to sit, it’s not very comfortable. But truly it didn’t matter. we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Tv internet didn't work rang agency said get owner to contact us but didn't our mobile would not work in house 5 people aged 72 77 ,80 84& 86 , not safe

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach.
The house had everything we needed, was extremely clean and we were very comfortable during our stay.
The only thing that would make this accommodation a 10/10 would be a coffee machine!

This property was comfortable and clean. There was heating in the house in all the rooms except the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the house as the weather was poor so we were delighted it was a peaceful and well designed place to rest and relax.
