Location, location, location! Clean. Receptionist, Fransica was very helpful in making suggestions for out and about Porto. Our room had a small balcony, table with 2 chairs. We enjoyed sitting there in the evening, watching folks stroll by.
Nothing.

Suited my needs perfectly and location was just where I needed to be to experience many of Porto’s attractions

The location, security and facilities. The kitchenette was well stocked.
Nothing, it could be noisy being on the frontside of the property but by late evening it was always quiet.

The location was easy to get to from train and very walkable. The apartment was big and had tons of room for our group. Beds were firm but fine. Good communication with host. The apartment had a washer AND dryer, which is unusual in europe but very handy.
The hall lights are motion detected and go off quickly, but also turn on at night when you don't need them. The area is very touristy. All of the rooms had AC but some were a bit warm. There was some street noise as one would expect city center. We had the address to the main office, not our apartment, be sure you have the right address!
