I bungalow sono molto caratteristici e spaziosi, posto molto pulito. Abbiamo mangiato bene e goduto della possibilità di fare escursioni in barca. Promosso a pieni voti!

Palmyra Indah è una gemma: pochi bungalow per staccare completamente dalla quotidianità, coccolati da uno staff attento e gentile.

È un po' fuori mano e i taxi non sempre sono disponibili a fare la strada.

Nico and his staff are just wonderful people. We felt like home. Waking up with a view on the southern Gillis was just amazing.

The 100 year old classic room was beautiful as was the setting fronting onto the ocean. This is a beautiful spot with a traditional Lombok feeling, welcoming staff and an overall wonderful break

The bungalows are super cute and comfy, right in front of an amazing beach. Nico is very lovely and helpful and made our staying very pleasant! 🙃 the family (I can’t call them staff) is lovely too and we had a great time together playing lots of music. The bungalows are super comfy and the food is delicious specially the grilled fish and the Pepes! 😋 we regretted not having a cooking class! The place is quiet so if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy nature and chill out, that’s definitely the right place, far from the crowds. You can find corals a few steps from the hotel. I definitely would come back! We look forward to seeing next time we come to Lombok! Love Clara and Jesse!

This place is heaven on earth. It's so peaceful and beautiful. The owner and the staff is super friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed the shower as it is open and it gives you a perfect refreshment from the hot weather. The breakfast which is included is delicious and the mie goreng that I had for dinner was so far the best that I've tried on Lombok. You can snorkel in the sea and see many beautiful fishes. We've seen also a head of a turtle however it was a bit far from the beach so didn't dare to swim out so far. If you're looking for a cozy, relaxed and homie stay this is where you should go.

Great staff, very helpful with any of our requests, very quiet and laid back atmosphere, they organized a snorkeling trip for us which was amazing! And of course we made lots of use of the free kajak, bikes and Pool table :)

Everything was great!

Lovely slice of paradise offering authentic local experience. Nico & Astam where great hosts and made sure I can make the best out of my time. Free Kayaks & Bicycles to use to explore the area and the nearby island. Astam also took me to the local market where we selected a fish for my dinner.

The only thing which would need a bit of an improvement is the Breakfast that comes with the booking - a little extra for each plate offered would make it better e.g. 2 pancakes and a few fruits would be a good portion...or eggs with bread, some vegetables & marmalade. I ordered 2 dishes in order to have a proper base for the day. I wouldn't mind paying 1-2€ more on the room rate

such a lovely stay! the entire staff was so lovely and helpful. went with us to the market on bycicles and then at night made an amazing fresh fish for us on the bbq. one of the best stays we've been to for sure!

Stunning location, relaxed and generous vibe, unspoilt and genuine, the real deal. Didn't want to leave. Probably like Bali before tourism.

My son (8) and I had a great time here, and even went back for an additional stay during our trip. Manager Astan, his family and team were very friendly, and welcomed my son and me like family. Astan gave us a great experience by taking us to the local market, showing my son how to fish, including him in activities with his son (all at no charge). His family and team taught him pool billard and played badminton with him. The location in a non-touristy location right on the beach with view to the islands from the restaurant terrace was amazing. Best banana pancakes on our trip! Kayaking, volley ball / badminton, pool billard, bicycle rental - all at no extra charge!. If there's something you need or have a problem with, staff is ready to immediately attend you or help you. Very good massages on request with very reasonable pricing Overall a lovely relaxing stay and great value for money!

Kayak equipment (vests) could do with an update, but hey - it was totally free to use! Room had to be dusted again because it hadn't been used for a while - but staff immediately answered our request so it wasn't a problem.

Loved the staff, facilities (kanoes, games, pool table) and athmosphere. Also the snorkeling trip was amazing.

Staff, location and ambient are marvelous. As regards the first point, the owner was really helpful with me: I needed to find a close ATM and he took me there with his motorbike at 6.30 a.m. Amazing services and such careful and beautiful people working there, as well as a magnificent location.

Few little insects in the room. Since it is a bungalow lights during the night attract insects. I heard their noise but slept great anyway, also because the staff provides bed curtains

The staff are so accommodating, friendly and hospitable ! Venue is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Wifi is good. Plenty of gear for activities or a boat can be arranged at your expense for 10/10 snorkeling!

Salt-water shower.

Amazing place and very kind and helpful staff! They organised everything for us, showed us local market and much more attractions around. We loved the place, cottage, snorkeling from the boat and great sunset views every evening. We wish we could stay there much longer. Best place we stayed in Lombok until now!

The location is beautiful, and so quiet and tranquil. We made good use of the complimentary bikes, visiting local villages and the early morning market. You feel immersed in the culture staying at Palmyra. The staff are wonderful, and so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The massage therapist is amazing as well! The vibe here is total relaxation!

Cold showers were fine during the day, but a little chilly at night!

Comfortable bed. Staff were very nice.

Expensive to get to property from airport. Not hot water, No TV, No Kettle, No WiFi, no fridge. Local shops to far away to buy basic things. No taxi or scooter hire available. Very small menus selection.

The location was beautiful and quiet. The food was fantastic- especially the grilled fish dinner. And the staff were extremely warm, helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay.

Water this time of year was occasionally a bit muddy due to the rain and nearby river mouth. Rooms a bit small and dark.

Facilities (including canoe and bicycle!), ambience, serene. You can see the star clearly!

No AC. Sometimes you may experience no electricity condition.

The host, Astam and his family are great.

It's getting old. Will need some work after this pandemic will be over.
