We went to Ocean City for the first Time for our 25th anniversary, loved it and booked a different rental this year. Ed made the process seamless. We enjoyed the unit, it's location, the ease in checking in and the complete instructions for checking out. Everything was awesome and we will be back!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this beachfront property - The jets from the Air Show can be viewed from the balcony.

The unit was awesome, perfect beach vacation stay. Its bout as close to the boardwalk without being on it as you can get. Great view of the ocean and the beach. The other guests/ tenants were extremely pleasant. We will 100% stay again!

The place was clean and the beds where comfortable. The view was great and the elevators are a plus. Definitely would rent again.

Looking for rest and relaxation for my birthday weekend which is exactly what I got. Weather was chilly, but expected as only beginning of April, but enjoyed sitting on balcony enjoying the ocean and dolphins. Just love this place, bright, clean and cozy and view of ocean from one side to other. Convenient to fantastic restaurants and boardwalk. Looking forward to going again!!!!

Beautiful ocean view from ba!cony, easy access to beach and short walk to Boardwalk. Many restaurants nearby. Condo was clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and had easy access on arrival. I appreciated not having to carry a key around to the pool or beach. The owners had great communication. The manager on sight was kind and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Nice and smooth!

We enjoyed our stay and we have vacationed in the building in the past under the building management versus a private owner. We did get in earlier than expected before the cleaners, which was on us, and quick communication by the owner resolved any confusion. There was previous damage in the unit the owner had been aware which we reported. We did receive additional communication about additional damage he found after we finished our stay that we were not aware existed. He emailed to ask if we knew of the additional damage and we communicated that we were not aware.

Low populated area with a great beach! Wish the turtles would have hatched while we were here. Condo was THE cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in the last 30 years! Only drawback was elevator wasn’t working and taking luggage and groceries up 4 flights of stairs was a chore for 2 BFF’s that have hip and ankle problems. Going to try and get my husband on a plane to come back. Loved it!

I would definitely come back to this place. I felt very safe and it was so convenient. It was just what we were looking for. The weather was a little cold to enjoy the beautiful pool, but we could still lay out when the sun came out. If you’re thinking about it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Location perfect. Sofa stained. Preferred placing a sheet over it to sit. Beautiful view. Sound of ocean was interrupted throughout each day by neighbor's construction. Due to weather, had to spend majority of time inside. Perfect view of ocean and sound disrupted by construction noise starting in a.m., throughout stay. Owner gave prompt response to my concerns. He was unaware of any planned construction and gave partial refund.

Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed this spot in ocean city, I usually stay more north to stay away from the traffic and craziness during peak season but wanted to try something different. It’s not on the boardwalk but with a 3 block or so walk to the start, we walked to it practically everyday. Near so many restaurants (tried 28th street pit and pub and it was GREAT!) Room was great, kinda tight if you go with a small family as far as seating goes in the living room but the balcony is great and the beds were PROPER comfortable. Never had such a good mattress on a vacation before. Before my stay was up I was contemplating booking for later in the year and still am. Lovely!

We absolutely loved staying here. Right from the start Ed gave us all we needed to know right down to using the ramp when getting off elevator with cart, which was great tip!!! The condo is brightly decorated with nice cozy furniture. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need. We’ve stayed in many places through the years and Ed and Carol’s place is spotless. And the VIEW!!! Wall to wall ocean view! Location great, convenient to everything. We loved and hope to return same time next year!

Property is clean, well maintained, has a spectacular view, and is as described. Unfortunately, we went on a weekend where the weather did not cooperate, but we were cozy in the condo and really enjoyed our stay – wish it had been for longer. Will definitely rent again!

This place was perfect for a mom getaway, it was a few blocks off the boardwalk but still right on the beach. I appreciated how comfortable the condo was, especially the last day when it was so windy I didn’t want to leave the living room and look at the ocean.
