Good sized room, quiet neighborhood, close to MRT, and food establishments nearby are open late.

The room was big enough and was clean, there are many lights, big bed, we had some free drinks in the fridge

In the specs it says it is soundproof, but honestly is not really soundproof, i could hear noises from the hall, elevator noise, construction from outside. Also the tap from the shower is broken, it moves in all directions and need to be fixed

Thank you for daily room cleaning service and smooth checkin/checkout process, especially understanding that we are not carrying physical cards. It was great stay and handy for food and travelling. It was very handy to have the drinking water dispenser.

Few hours of late checkout in the evening is very expensive compared to the early check-in in the morning.

We booked for two adults and three kids. On the day of our check in they gave us two room keys one for the adult (parents) and the other for the kids. We thought those room will be next to each other, but when we got to the floor the rooms were at each end of the hallway so it was very far from each other. we went back to reception to voice our concern, it took a while for the staff to understand and make adjustments. At first they were hesitant to move us closer to our kids. Eventually they did move us closer as we're only two doors away from our kids as opposed to other end of a hallway. Still not ideal but it was the best that we could get.
