Domenico was extremely nice and helpful when we checked in, gave us lots of advice and recommendations for places to eat during the day. The location was great and within walking distance of most the famous attractions.

Only issue was some parts of the room weren’t very clean and there was some bits of mold in the bathroom however overall it was a great stay.

Purtroppo la stanza aveva qualcosina in da sistemare, col passare dei giorni abbiamo notato cosine come lo scarico della doccia un po' lento o le prese a muro un po' usurate, ma niente di sconcertante

Excellent host, welcomed us personally and explained everything, recommended some local restaurants. Great location, handy to Vatican and the Prati area, a few blocks from good food and sights.

Needs an update and maintenance in some areas. Coffee machine and small kitchenette would be great.

The bathroom had a new toilet and bidet, but the doors of the shower cubicle can't be properly closed and are run down. Therefore, you need to point the shower head towards the wall but that makes it very inconvenient. The wifi works well near the exit but not in the bed area. The bedside tables are behind the bed and are useless. There are no bedside lamps, so you need to use the ceiling lamp and get out of bed to switch it off. The room doesn’t have windows so lighting determines the atmosphere all day but its design is unloving. There are only ceiling lamps (two) one of which has the type of light you find in a dentist practice which makes lounging on the couch an awkward experience. The area around the bed was not properly cleaned.
