The price is good, the host Jorge is a nice guy. I was feeling welcomed when checking in and during the stay. But checkout experience is not so good.

It's very noisy in the early morning starting from 7am, the host's family talked very loud. The room is quite small and really hot. The restroom don't have a door and because the curtain is semi-transparent, I don't feel very comfortable when using the washroom or taking shower. There is one thing really makes me disappointed when checking out. During my stay, I asked if I could do the laundry and the old lady said yes, I only washed 4 items, T-shirts and short pants. But when checking out, I was asked to paid 10 additional Sol (equivalent $3 US dollars) because laundry has extra charge. I really didn't even know it had a charge before doing the laundry, and no one told me at all. The hosts attitude became very strong when asking for the extra money, not friendly as when I checked in. Later I came back to the booking.com to find out if they clearly mentioned, they did mention it in the bottom of their house page but not very obvious. If not because of this unhappy experience. I should have given a score of 8.

The Location is perfect, near the zoo and the San Miguel Plaza Mall, the hosts were very kind and the room was just great, quiet, with good ventilation, and a clean bathroom, I would stay here on the next trip.

Maybe, something I would improve is to provide another method to access the property such as an electronic method, to avoid waiting outside for some time.

The area is safe and quiet, right next to the great zoo that is definitely worth visiting.

The airport shuttle was not available, the property was hard to find. It's in a private house without any sign.
