Michelle was a great host and easy to communicate with. The location of the property was very centralised and convenient to get to tours out from Airlie beach. The property itself was great and felt like a home away from home.

Being a regular visitor to Airlie Beach over the past 40+ yrs, I would have no hesitation in saying Montipora unit 3 is, far and away, the best apartment we have had the privilege of staying in.
Michelle has left no stone unturned in providing everything for even the most discerning traveller. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and oozed quality, from the kitchen utensils to the bed linen and everything in between.
Ideally located for everyone from a young family (with the lagoon so closeby) to us more senior type as there's no hills to climb.
Special touches like Michelles complimentry pick up and drop off at the ferry terminal topped off a very special week for us.
If anyone is thinking of an Airlie Beach stay, book this place and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
Not so much a dislike but people with mobility issues should note this apartment has a few steps to negotiate, as there is no lift.

Michelle was more than helpful each time we spoke with her. The apartment was in the perfect location for us. The amenities and the extras in the apartment were fantastic. Everything we might need was available.
A double bed in second bedroom would have been nice but we new about this before we went. So was OK.

Location was amazing - right on the lagoon and a flat walk to everything. Michelle had kitted the apartment out well, from a well stocked kitchen to games, Lego/duplo and pool toys for the kids. We were travelling with our young children and were worried it might be noisy given we were staying just after Schoolies, but the apartment was really quiet despite the proximity to nightlife.

The location was excellent. The apartment was beautifully equiped with everything we could possibly need. Decor was delightful. The covered balcony was very convenient for breakfast. So close to the lagoon and restaurants and shopping. Communication with our host was easy.

This beautiful apartment has the perfect location & everything your family needs. Great size, easy parking and the bath was exceptional! The lagoon is literally 10m away, plenty of shops and cafes just out on the street. The apartment is fully set up for everyone including families including lots of games for our children to play. Michelle is by far our most welcoming and lovely host we’ve ever had. We will be back!

Michelle is an amazing host and the apartment is in the best possible location. The towels, soaps, beds are all high quality. We felt so well looked after and we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Airlie Beach.

Michelle was an amazing host, she couldn't have been more helpful giving us an early check-in and a late check-out. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, modern, fresh and very clean. Everything in the apartment is top quality, from the cutlery, crockery etc to the fluffy towels and crisp bedding. The property is in a fantastic location, just off the main street so not noisy but close to everything. A real bonus it that it is on the flat - so no climbing up and down the very steep hills at Airlie Beach, which was a blessing. We couldn't have been happier with this apartment or Michelle the host.

Loved everything about our stay here. The location was perfect. The host Michelle was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was a good size, kept very clean and had everything you needed. Couldn't fault it. There is no pool but with the public lagoon pool steps away, it's not necessary.

Perfect location if you want to be in amongst it and don’t mind a little bit of buzz. Everything you need this apartment had, even a bandaid. The owner Michelle has thought of everything and is very friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property and will book again when we return to airlie.

The property had everything you needed and they supplied extra items that were so helpful for a family, such as water toys, beach towels, bath salts. All the items in the property were high end and it felt like living in someones home. Couldn't recommend it enough.
The couch was too small for all of us but it was still comfortable and the fan in the main bedroom was loud but that didn't matter too much as overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Absolutely everything was just perfect, location, cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in.
Michelle has thought of everything possible right down to tomato sauce in the fridge.
Super comfortable bed. Best location, great veiw of the lagoon pool, lovely outdoor area to eat your dinner at...just the best.

This apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. The attention to detail makes such a difference and the little things to help make your stay easier such as providing a hair dryer/beach bag and towels etc. Couldn't fault our stay and the host was very helpful!
