The house was easy to check in and out. The house was clean and layout was good. All the rooms had ample space and storage. The views were phenomenal especially from the 2nd floor. Pool was perfect size and is heated which was a bonus. The only downside of this house is the distance from duval street if that’s what you’re looking for.

The rental was clean and as described. The upstairs beds were comfortable. The pool was a nice amenity as was the garage. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and dishes but there are NO pantry items, not even salt and pepper. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful home located in a great location. Awesome views. Spacious rooms and great first floor. Office was very helpful. Cleaning was very basic. Floors were dirty, windows and sliding doors were dirty, even found several full handprints on glass from previous guests. Outside hadn't been cleaned in a while, definitely had not been cleaned before we arrived. There is mold in the showers.

This is a beautiful property in a very nice area. Amazing views, large rooms and main area, nicely decorated.
But it needs some updating, and the cleaning was superficial at best. Should be much cleaner considering the quite steep cleaning fee.

The home was beautifully crafted and designed, kitchen was full of almost everything you needed. Regular cereal bowls would’ve been nice for kids, salt pepper and oil would’ve been great basic needs for the kitchen as well. Some areas in the home were not the cleanest, but on a positive note everything else was fantastic. Plenty of towels, AC was blasting, and it was a quiet area. The observation dock was a wonderful surprise to watch the sunset, or even off the balconies.

Gorgeous house, centrally located to everything needed in key west. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the pool, the well stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds.

It was a great vacation. The management company was very responsive when we couldn’t start the grill and couldn’t figure out how to work the thermostat. This was a great home. We had golf carts, which was perfect to get around. My only complaint is how close it is to home depot. I slept in the 1st floor bedroom and you could hear trucks all night making deliveries. The observation deck wasn’t much

amazing place and location! only recommendation would be some rugs in the kitchen on the marble floor. when ppl come inside and get the floor wet it can get super slippery. one of our friends slipped and fell and literally broke their jaw and had to book a flight home early to get it wired shut. other than that. great time!

Great house. No beach or water access and tanning by pool limited with less than 3 hrs sun starting at about 1:30. Minor maintenance shortcomings that are usual in my mind with such short term rentals. However the main floor sliding doors don't lock ( side panels aren't fixed in place.), Expected better for the money but we had a great time.

Great house. No beach or water access and tanning by pool limited with less than 3 hrs sun starting at about 1:30. Minor maintenance shortcomings that are usual in my mind with such short term rentals. The best of both worlds. 6 sorority sisters for a 50th birthday celebration with room enough for all of us the feel comfortable. Javier was only an email away if we needed anything which was rare because Alexa was handy for any questions. Great time in Key West. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for what we needed. Three couples with plenty of room. Four couples and children would work but possibly a bit tight. Sitting on the porch every morning drinking coffee was my fave. Be prepared that in February not a lot of sun on the pool but we made it work by sunning in the driveway and dipping our toes in the pool when needed. Sun did reach the pool in the afternoon for about an hour or so. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around. Saved a lot of Uber charges and was a lot of fun! Duvall Street was amazing with live music on every block. Definitely check out the sunset at Sunset Pier. The A&B marina was amazing with wonderful food as well.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands 30TH birthday at Mother Ocean. We loved having a private pool and grill, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Minutes from Duval, downtown key west and fishing charters. Key west vacation rentals were very accommodating and made the rental process very smooth and seamless. Definitely will be back and recommend!

Great house, we loved the decks, pool and open concept where we could all eat and hang out together while cooking. We rented a golf cart from Sunshine Scooters (loved these guys) to get back and forth from Duvall, but all stores and lots of restaurants are within walking distance if Duvall isn't your thing. Great getaway with everything you need in walking distance
Great house, we loved the decks, pool and open concept where we could all eat and hang out together while cooking. We rented a golf cart from Sunshine Scooters (loved these guys) to get back and forth from Duvall, but all stores and lots of restaurants are within walking distance if Duvall isn't your thing. We will be back soon!
