Central location in Loughborough and fair price
Rooms were a little run down

The room was basic. Lacked a desk so difficult to use laptop. On this occasion the TV did not work properly because the antenna cable was broken and cannot be connected to the TV, so no reception.
Room was not ensuite so had to share the use of the shower and toilet. Also need to fill kettle in shower room.

The location was great for access beer festival. When I told staff light bulb needed to be changed they did it straight away.
Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable as mattresses need replacing.
