Well maintained, seasoned property off the beat and path sprinkled with some modern amenities. The sunset view is something to see. Convenient location for Bat Cave, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at Lake Lure and looked forward to coming home to this cabin. The views are unbeatable and it was very cozy. The waterfall trail is VERY steep but the kids loved it and it was worth the trek.

This cabin is very nice with great decks for grilling, relaxing or just taking in the awesome mountain views. If it's too hot or too cold to go out, just sit in and look through large sliding glass doors, same great view. You can see same view out the main bedroom through it's sliding glass doors as well. Would stay again if in the area. Cabin has all you need, just bring the food and drinks...

The view from this secluded cabin is absolutely stunning! Sipping coffee every morning while rocking on the deck taking in the view was definitely a highlight of the trip. We did not attempt the hike to the waterfall due to the steepness and poison ivy on the trail. We are a clumsy bunch and this would not have ended well for us!
Li, the property owner, was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns before our trip. He promptly responded to my message about the air conditioning not working and sent a technician out on a Saturday afternoon.
My family and I would love to return to this gem if traveling to this area again!

Wow! What a view from the back deck. It was absolutely breathtaking!! Cabin was very nice, clean, and had all we needed. Grill did not have any gas, but the owner quickly responded and had us a tank within a couple of days. We appreciated being able to directly communicate with the owner and his helpfulness! Highly recommend this cabin

What a great place. High on the mountain, fantastic views, and away from the maddening crowd. Don’t let the winding road or last quarter mile of dirt road deter you. It will be worth the adventure. Once at the property, the outside world will become a distant memory. Also, watch out for the deer as you get close to the property. Rustic, yet clean, comfy and equipped with everything you’ll need - except of course your groceries. If you want to become one with nature, you can’t miss on this great location.

Li was very kind and communicative before and during our trip. This was the perfect spot for us and for anyone looking for a quiet town in the mountains. The roads were well-maintained and the property was well-kept. We hope to be back!

A wonderful place to stay if you are looking for some quiet and a great sunset view with the sun dropping behind the mountains! Cabin had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Would choose this place again!

The property was amazing! It’s a little climb to get there but definitely worth it!! The owners have thought of everything! Amazing views! Quiet and remote but not far from anything. It rained the entire time we were there so no hiking to the waterfall but we could still hear it. The only negative thing I can say about the property was there were lights out on the right patio or we could never find a switch to work them so using the bbq we had to use a flash light. Can’t wait to come back!

Above and beyond our expectations. I could use up a lot of space describing how beautiful and relaxing it was. Everything is as noted in the listing and then some. All you need are drinks and nothing more. Again it was great. I have one suggestion for the owner. The fire pit outside needs something under it to prevent damage to the deck from hot embers. Other then that, thank you for a wonderful 3 days!! We will be back.

Very cozy cabin in the mountains. Wonderful views of the mountains. Lots of outdoor decks to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. Cabin had everything we needed.

Excellent location with many activities and restaurant options in Lake Lure. Everything is within 10 min drive. Property was great with all that you need for a weekend or longer. We did not cook in the kitchen but it appeared to have many cookware and utensils to do so. Futon bed on 2nd floor was ok for a teenager to sleep on but I am doubtful it would be comfortable for two adults as it seem to have some high and low spots.
Waterfall hike indeed steep but well worth the fun the the creek. Bring hiking boots and sticks + towel (maybe even water shoes) as it was very refreshing to walk around cold creek.

Infinity Ridge is a charming, homey cabin with unparalleled views of the mountains—BUT the view is slowly but surely being overtaken by trees & shrubs. The 2 things we look for in a NC rental is the view and a comfortable night’s sleep. The upstairs bedroom has a bed that keeps us from booking at IR more often. It is old and has deep wells making sleep less than comfortable. I genuinely hope some changes are made because we have loved our early stays in this cabin and would like to continue enjoying the property if we have not offended the owners by this review. The last 2 years we have left a bit less enthusiastically than earlier.

Rustic mountain escape
Absolutely perfect from the moment we checked in to the day we left. Exquisite views of the mountain ranges from this charming cabin with all the amenities you’ll need. The cabin is nestled in the perfect location for day trip adventures with your family. We stayed for a week and could have done more still. Great layout and kept very clean as well. Thank you for the many great memories… Infinity Ridge!

Drive up was easy but we missed the turnoff the first time around—watch for it closely. The last part of the drive takes you through a dirt/rock narrow road. We made it with no problem in our Nissan Kicks in summer weather. Don’t think we would have attempted it in winter weather. Did not attempt to hike down to the waterfall either as the “trail” is very steep and slippery but that didn’t hamper our enjoyment. The view from the balcony was Wow! Truly breathtaking! We watched the fog roll in and back out again and the sun set. Amazing!
The cabin is close to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure so lots of shopping and eating places nearby. Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back!

Great stay
Absolutely loved this property. One of the better places we’ve stayed in the area. The view from the porches is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed here with our two young children and were very comfortable for the weekend. Warning about the hiking trail though. It’s EXTREMELY steep. We only made it about halfway because my kids were not able to handle the trail. Overall we loved the house and we will definitely stay there again.
