We arrived after midnight. The room was excellent.
We went for a swim when we arrived and the pool area was really nice.
The shower didn’t drain properly and the breakfast, being an airport hotel, didn’t have enough western foods, there was only toast and eggs.

Definitely good value for money. Clean and tidy. No bugs. Comfortable rooms although didn't feel cozy, maybe because of the light. The light system was very hard to navigate as well. Breakfast was okay, however the Marriott next door has a significantly better breakfast. I liked the afternoon tea. I think it's a nice touch. Complimentary taxi to/from airport was great. The staff were friendly and polite. The interior design is definitely wonderful. Top floor pool is a great touch though I haven't seen anyone using it.
When I asked for juice they forgot, though the dining room was 2/3 empty. The options weren't plentiful, especially non spicy, but okay. I think the breakfast room is understaffed. Definitely needs more persons working there. What I found annoying was that no matter how careful I was with the sink, the water was always all over the place. Couldn't use that space afterwards. Maybe some adjustments needed.

The staff were excellent and extremely supportive, specifically reception staff in the late night. When my son fell seriously ill at around 2 a.m., they promptly connected us with a doctor, arranged transport, and helped us get him to the emergency department at Apollo Hospital.
The next morning, the manager and staff personally checked on him and ensured we were comfortable before our afternoon flight. The breakfast was also excellent. We truly appreciate their care, prompt assistance, and hospitality.
What I didn’t like was not the hotel’s fault. It happened to be a dry day, but when you visit a city or destination to enjoy yourself, any kind of restriction can take away from the overall experience.

The whole floor was with scent of paint and varnish including the room
In the room we had a lamp that was fixed just between the sofa and small table provided. Always we use tongue our head on the lamp . Lack of plan with the interior without considering the safety factor
