The staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests were well taken care of. The cleaning and timing of the maid service was fantastic, thorough, and quick with very trust worthy staff. Very friendly staff and a very quiet villa style room set in a peaceful garden view setting. The food/service at the hotel restaurant was exceptionally good. The rooms were spotless and included unlimited free water in them. I liked the location, quiet room and friendly staff so much, I extended my stay there for several more days.
The beds could use an upgrade with a mattress cover since they are extremely firm but manageable.

Very friendly staffs and services.
The strong for in the room in which I had to wear mask and turn the AC off to help with the smell.
