Excellent location to the beach and restaurant strip, all walkable. Lovely pool area, very friendly owners/managers and staff. Delicious breakfasts.
Lower ground villas don’t quite look like the pictures, maybe they’re a little bit older? But certainly not a dealbreaker.

This is our 3rd visit nothing had change we arrived mid of night the person at the front desk
Show us our room with refreshments
We always love that room it has huge terrace the owner milindz he take care of homeless animal if you are even not animal lover you can still show them your kindness they are very lovely dogs and cats

La camera era molto grande e spaziosa, il letto morbido e comodo.
La struttura era poi molto vicina alla strada principale piena di localini e alla spiaggia.
Non c'era acqua calda in bagno in nessuna delle 2 camere prenotate. Dovendo fare check out molto presto per il volo non abbiamo avuto tempo di chiedere assistenza.
La doccia non ha la porta e pertanto facendosi la doccia si allaga tutto il bagno.

There was a problem with hot water in the room I booked so the management arranged other room in a nearby hotel for me. A very well mannered driver picked me up from the Airport and took me to that hotel. Next morning they sent a car for me to take me to the Serendeep Guest house for breakfast and it was good on the bank of a canal. I made payment and then driver sent me back again to the same hotel. So I am very thankful to the Serendeep Guest house management for their help and support.
