Room is centrally located in Bairro Alto area , lot of pubs and cafes around

Too much overpriced for facility & room they offered, bathroom floor wood was broken & moulds near sink .

Beautiful decor, balconies, kitchen, local feel. The location was central and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, sights. We loved it and highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful interior, Perfect location as it is situated very close to all the attractions and restaurants. Also Teresa replied to our messages very fast, great customer care. We just loved it.

Staff was as accommodating as possible. We asked for an early check in due to flight arriving early. They did the best they could. Appartment was clean and cozy. Very rustic looking and even had a working record player

Would be nice if they had some sort of luggage storage for early/late travellers.

Perfect location, big and comfortable room, nice bathroom I'd recommend this accomodation for young people who want to enjoy the night life in Lisbon and don't want to spend too much in the room. Also, the area is relatively safe and perfect to make new, international friends and connections

The location was good for getting around the rest of the city with lots of nice cafes and bars close by.

For the price we paid the facilities were extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, the light in the bathroom was broken as was the showerhead in the bathroom. The hosts were contactable via the booking.com app and did get the shower head fixed at least. The walls and ceilings in the room were extremely thin, meaning you could hear absolutely everything upstairs which kept us awake at night. There is also a bar directly below the studio which is open until about 3am on the weekend which was not advertised so this is something to bear in mind if you want to get any sleep if staying over the weekend! The nights that the bar was closed the noise level was passable but you can still hear everything in the above flats. For the price I would not recommend staying here.

communication with the owner was easy and straight forward. There was an issue with the shower when we were there and they fixed it the next day with no added disruption to our stay. It was in a perfect location

the cleaners didn't visit during our stay. We were only there for 3 nights but towels were not freshened up and after workmen had been in cleaner didn't follow so was quite dusty. Was ok as apartment was clean on arrival but any longer we would have needed the cleaner

Location was very good, walkable to all areas of the city. we saw the cleaner on the first day and he helped carry the bags to our room, very friendly person but the only person we saw in terms of staff

We had noticed reviews of bed bugs and bugs in general from previous people that had stayed. we thought nothing of it but the first and second night I was covered in bites. i highly suggest the owners look into this as it a bit of a concern that many people are saying this. there was a leak from the ceiling on our last morning from the apartment above, luckily I had unplugged applicants before the water ran into it and soaked it up with a towel, judging by the ceiling it looks to have happened before. Bathroom is good and shower is amazing but there is no privacy as the door is very much see through. Finally, not so much of a negative as I know the area but the noise in the night especially weekends is relentless so be aware of you are booking this place. this goes for the apartment itself as you can hear people above and below you and when they are walking down the stairs.

Central location, easy to find nice apartment

Sent wrong door code- couldn’t get in, took 3 phone calls to talk to someone. Suites are in lively bar area - too noisy for us. Drunk revellers singing outside window until 3-4 am. Don’t expect any sleep! We moved to a hotel by 3rd night for peace and quiet. Not the apt owners fault , but should be made clearer on location details.

The apartment was in a great location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars right outside. It was clean and comfortable. It is suited to those who don't mind the hustle and bustle of the streets below at night time!

The location was great for going out and the room had great shutters for the noise.

The images make the rooms look more updated then they are. There is no headboard so your against the stone wall, some of the furnishings could be easily updated to make the room feel nicer. There is no rooftop access like the post says. Wasn’t given the outdoor code so was waiting around to hear from the host for a while since they don’t meet you to take you through the property.

Toilets aren’t really discreet. You can hear the neighbors pretty well. And lots of noise from the streets at night. Especially during the weekend. Bring your earplugs.

The apartment is in a great central location, ideal for the classic Lisbon sightseeing spots and also within short walking distance to Rossio and Cais do Sodre train stations for day trips! It is located by many bars and restaurants, the bars are fine but most of the restaurants are typical tourist traps. I would recommend doing some research and venturing away from the ‘tourist strips’. Uber is very cheap in Lisbon so you can get cheap taxi home. There are also plenty of shops and cafes very close by. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Room service is available which was also great. Towels were changed a number of times during our stay. We were able to check in a little early which was very appreciated (but this will depend on the previous guests so they can’t always guarantee). The rooftop terrace is amazing, however we did have an issue on our last evening (see below). The weather was not the best during our stay but we utilised the roof top when we could and it was brilliant, lovely spot to bring a bottle and enjoy the sunset. The views are some of the best you’ll see. If it was not for the issue below I would rate this 10/10. However, I do still highly recommend these apartments and would be happy to return!

not issue with the property but some things to note before booking: NOISE- this apartment is in a very lively area of Bairro Alto, music from the bars is loud until the very early hours of the morning most days. i think Sunday was the only quiet night. We did not go out late but managed to still enjoy our time in the apartment. I am a very light sleeper anyway so always travel with earplugs, but I would say they are essential when staying here. Don’t let the noise put you off, just come prepared! HIllS/STAIRS- I noticed some reviews complaining about the stairs, yes there are stairs up to the apartment but it is fine. the apartment is location in a very hilly area, you will struggle to explore Lisbon without climbing several hills. So maybe if you are worrying about having to climb a few flights of stairs to your apartment, Lisbon may not be the right destination for you! We had one issue on our last night, which sadly let down the stay. On our last day we planned to make use of the facilities in our apartment and of the good weather! We bought food to cook from the supermarket and planned to have dinner on the roof top. When we went to go up to the roof top, we noticed that a door had been fitted by the 4th floor apartment so there was no access to 5th floor or the roof top unless you had a key for this door. We were confused and annoyed by this given our plans, so we called the contact and they said that they said it was closed due to maintenance work. It was unclear if this was planned or if something urgent had happened unexpectedly, when I asked the lady on the phone she said she didn’t know. The fact they put in a door (the noise from the morning) suggested to me that this work was planned. I found it disrespectful that we had not been informed, no email, phone call, note left in the room. it would have been very easy to let us know, then we would not have been so disappointed.

Perfect location and very friendly host. The bar downstairs is also very much worth it and of course don't forget to check out the amazing roof top.
