The location was central and convenient. The neighbourhood was tranquil. The room was well furnished, spacious, comfortable and in very good upkeep. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and forthcoming.
Nothing.

Lovely penthouse apartment in this property with a great view. Stairs to the top are manageable, just split your luggage so it’s not too much. Comfiest bed I’ve slept in, great sleep for the 2 nights. Clean apartment, lovely layout, furnishings and beautiful kitchen. Thanks so much for the homemade bread which was delicious, and the butter and jam to top it off. Had a little sit out on the balcony. Lovely. I was blessed with 2 gorgeous warm days despite forecasting rain. I will be coming again! Love New Brighton. Thanks for a lovely stay :)
Nothing really

Location and price. Nice to have fresh bread and milk left in the room. Free Netflix. Nice decor, comfortable bed, handy microwave and toaster with fridge and sink.
Our only minor criticism would be the humming fridge all night, the shower door was very hard to open, poor shower head flow, and the sink plug was broken. We also requested extra pillows due to a medical condition but non provided.

The House is well presented outside and has nice gardens. There is outside seating, each unit has it's own personality. Good lighting at night We were in the ground floor studio with Kitchen facilities. We had fresh bread, tea and coffee and milk provided which was so nice to come into after a long journey.
We felt it was just tired, needed a bit of a lick of paint. The cleanliness was not quite at the standard of other places we have stayed (we stay in about 15 cottages and Air BNB's a year) The bedding and duvet pillows felt old and a bit dirty, The bed wasn't that comfy.
The bathroom wasn't 100% clean either, but just because of age related wear more than not being cleaned.
