The staff is amazing and helpful, greeting us at the ferry dock and helping with bags if needed. Breakfast arrives promptly and provides a good mix of coffee options, croissants, fruit and yogurt. Best part: you are in the central heartbeat of the town of Amalfi, yet when you close the windows its very quiet. Air conditioning works great.
The shower is a bit of a tight squeeze and the rain shower was weak compared to using the wand, but that's a minor nit overall.

Location, location , location!!
Sarah made check in easy and was there to help .
Loved the room, just needs new mattress and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows are too heavy / dense.

Breakfast in the room, Excellent staff, so accommodating and helpful. The communication was excellent, the location was amazing.
Since it is right on the Piazza it can get a bit noisy at night. Travelers tip - close the thicker wooden window coverings, it really cuts the noise out.
