Swimming pool was fantastic. My kids loved the beach pool and my wife enjoyed the fake sand beach. Convenient to have a minimart, gym, laundry, taxi service and playground on the grounds. The apartment was more spacious than expected. Security and maintenance on the grounds was very friendly, especially towards any kids. There was wifi in the apartment and on the fake beach. The location was good enough, short walk to the beach, 2 Markets within 15min walk. Several 7/11 within walking distance . Nice wiew of pool from balcony. Well equipped room for 3 persons.
- communication with the host
- warnings postet on the grounds against short-term (less than 1 month) stays.
- the sewage smelled very strong from the bathroom.
- no smart TV
- no changing of towels or cleaning during a weeks stay.
- no response from host via app, regarding minor issues
