The host is really nice, we arrived quite late (10 pm) and he was still replying quickly to our messages and the check in was fast !
The flat is nice and cozy, the bed lining was very clean as well as the room. There was soap and shower gel:)
And they’ve prepared a very beautiful free breakfast !
The street is a bit noisy but that’s what you get in the city😉

Stanza di grandi dimensioni. Posizione comoda vicino a Corso Italia. Cortesia dei proprietari
L'appartamento andrebbe rimodernato soprattutto il bagno.
Andrebbe indicato più chiaramente che il bagno è sì a uso personale ma esterno alla stanza

Location is ok, as long as you don't have to drive the car. Next to the metro station and, in general, very close to the city center. Entrance was not complicated and it is in general a decent place.
Doors were quite creaky, waking up other group members when opening them. Despite it was in general clean, we found a bit of someone's hair when setting the bed. Also the common fridge was rather small and unfortunately the wi-fi did not reach our room :(
All this could, hopefully, be easily fixed by the owners, as it seems in general they do care about the place, just not sure if they noticed any of these before.

Colazione inaspettata e buona. Posizione ottima, disponibilità e gentilezza staf anch'essa ottima
Poca luminosità, servizi igienici datati e fatiscenti
