Spacious apartment in the center of Murcia. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and the owner provided great recommendations. It was also very convenient that we could use the two bikes. Please note that there are no locks available, so you cannot leave the bikes unattended.
The patio is not really a place where you would want to spend time, as it does not receive any sunlight. When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Because of this, we kept the door closed and did not use that bathroom during our stay.

Great location, near lots of nice bars and restaurants.
Spacious apartment and the beds were really comfortable.
Host David was very helpful and great comms throughout
Under the back bedroom there was lots of noise so assume a cafe/restaurant is below. But this is only a minor point. I had earplugs
