The house has plenty of space which is great for a big family or a group of friends. We were 9 people including small kids and old people and it was the perfect fit for us. The common spaces are big and comfy for socializing inside and outside. Kids can play outside and in the pool. The host is very helpful.

Grocery shops are not so close to the place , it is 10-15 min by feet but taxes have very reasonable prices so it’s minor.

Отличная вилла для отдыха! Чисто, просторно, тихо! Живописный дворик. Гостеприимный владелец!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It is spacious, beautiful, and very clean. There are 4 bathrooms with showers, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an incredible amount of dishes and everything you could possibly need and even more. There are 4 double bedrooms and one small in the attic (just right for our son) The host is a very pleasant and helpful man, always available and easy to contact. There is also private parking, it was extremely convenient for us since we rented a car. We especially loved the beautiful rose garden in the yard. You can truly see that the owners take great care of the house and the garden with love and attention. To be honest, we have stayed in many different places in Tbilisi during our previous trips, and this home genuinely became one of our favorites. We felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again!

I don't know what to write here. We liked everything.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable district, which made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. At the same time, it is close to the city center, so getting to the main attractions was very easy and convenient. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a good stay. The owner is a very kind and helpful person, always ready to assist and make sure everything is okay.
