Comfortable private apartment space including kitchenette & bathroom. Great amenities, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi.
Location slightly out of main tourist attractions but 10 min walk to Imazato train station for links to Nara / Osaka.

terrible dirt, bed without linen, hair all over and sticky floor. a transparent door, the light from the corridor shone all night, it was impossible to sleep. very high cost for such a terrible room.

I had booked a a twin room with a shared bathroom. We arrived and paid and then a unfriendly woman (who didn’t speak any English) took us up to a room. This room turned out to be her bedroom not the room we had booked. The sheets had hair on them, her stuff was everywhere (glasses, old mandarin, hairbrush), the bathroom sink had rice and hair in it. It was also hard to get the sheets changed. We didn’t get a key because it was her room in her apartment.
We were very glad we were only there for one night.

the room was very nice, and spacious by comparison to other places we’d stayed.
the hot water did not work well. though i did not give it patience to really tell for sure.

Not a hotel, but perfect clean ,perfect a lot of toilet, shower, big bath tub, amazing

Plenty of space in the room, comfortable bed after sleeping on the futon bed for a few nights in other places. It even has microwave and stove if needed which is a nice surprise.
A bit hard to find. Luckily I can speak Japanese so I asked a local and found it easily.

I rented a room for 3 people, and they did provide 3 beds which is perfect for me and my friends. Moreover, they also provide a small table for us. I was travelling with my friends, and the place is perfect not only for rest, but also for chatting with each other throughout the whole night.
The communication with the owner was a bit challenging and sometimes hard to understand. Moreover, although the place is quite close to the station, the nearby environment is quite shady and not really comfortable to walk to. It might not be a good place for only youngsters to stay.
