A beautiful Colonial building on the sea with stunning views and a beautiful pool. Service and friendly staff are exceptional. Love Sundowners!

I love everything!

Bed - mattress was nice and firm. The bedsheet was soft with enough friction, not too silky and smooth. Bathtub - to soak and enjoy the hot water. Breakfast - food selection was decent. The taste was GREAT!!!

Hot water supply - it took some time for the hot water to arrive. The rainshower pressure was low and the water was not hot enough. No kettle was supplied in the room. A coffee maker was available to make hot drinks.

Room was a bit on the run down side. For the price paid, it was not valuable. Bed wasnt as comfy - you could feel the spring of the bed already. Breakfast was super crowded and understaffed.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and we know from previous experience that their breakfast is not the best. But oh my this time, our breakfast experience was horrible as the staff refused to assist us our beverage request but will gladly assist their “international” guests. Their veges at noodle station was black. At the end of the day, we reflected a few issues to the front desk but got no follow up on our complaints. This is honestly not the standard of a 5 star hotel and we are really disappointed.

床垫睡觉不舒服，弹簧太软了，感觉整个人陷入在床里面，没有前面两次的舒服；空调声音太大了。

The pool and the pool bar is very nice. The room is very nicely decorated with modern design

When we arrived late there was no beds for our kids and we had to remind several times to get them set. We arrived late at night and found it strange the room wasn't prepared properly. No room-service available 24/7 There is a construction site around the hotel. Very crowded at breakfast.
