Playce Camp Jeju

What I didn’t like is that, compared to the prices in the area, it is significantly more expensive than a regular hotel. And yet, considering the difference in price, there are services that are not included. You have to go and ask for fresh towels yourself every day and ask for water yourself every day. We stayed for seven days and six nights, and cleaning was not included. I did complain about this because, honestly, the price we paid was quite high for the area—at least double what you would pay for a regular hotel. I think that for half the price, you could get a hotel that includes housekeeping, water, and towel changes. The sofa also smelled bad and was very stained. After I complained, they did clean the room once halfway through our stay, but there were no cleaning supplies available in case you needed to clean anything yourself, despite paying a fairly high price for a week. We also had a problem with the bathroom sink, which constantly leaked water whenever we used it. We reported it, and someone came to fix it, but it was still leaking afterwards, and they never came back to fix it properly. So every time we used the sink, the bathroom floor would get covered in water. So, in terms of value for money, while it is a very beautiful and well-designed place, I feel that it was quite disappointing considering how much we paid.

La colazione, seppur buona e abbondante, alla lunga (noi abbiamo fatto 4gg) è poco varia. Non possibile avere un take away se il volo è la mattina. Il personale parla pochissimo inglese ma con un traduttore ce la si può fare

Amazing location if staying outside of the larger places on Jeju. We were unlucky with weather but the hotel still had a very chilled vibe with plenty to do. The on-site coffee shop and GS-25 were fantastic.

If you want hustle and bustle the location is not great, but we knew beforw booking that wasn't going to be the case.

Very kind and eagerly helpful staff. Location is close to east coast spots. Free parking. Laundry automates (we didn’t use, though). The view of our room was great, nice to see the sunrise next to the mountain.

I think it’s a concept hotel but not for us. Lack of amenities in the room, and the supply station in the hallway had only towels. Room was not very clean. No bidet in the toilet (I thought it’s available everywhere in Korea but apparently not).
