Good ambience. Very spacious lobby. The variety of dishes and especially the breakfast is so tasty. Rooms are comfortable and spaces
The receptionist girls are not good and welcoming. Particularly not smiling....they have to improve their passion

Clean and excellent food! Ganga helped me put sari on, she was too kind!! Roof top pool and gym also good, quiet so could use any machines. Views of Chennai were amazing!

The property is in a good location, and the person who welcomes you at the front gate is very friendly. However, after that, you may feel disappointed.
The reception staff are not very friendly, and you don’t receive proper updates or clear answers to your questions. The check-in process is also very lengthy, and there is little communication about what is happening.
Regarding cleanliness, only one towel was provided, and the WC was not up to the expected standard. There was a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom, which made the overall stay less pleasant.
