Great location, near everything.
The terrace is truly awesome.
The stuff is very helpful and flexible
The madras and the pillows could be a bit softer

Nice apartment in front of Kobuleti beach. You can start and finish your day with a good swim and beach relaxation if the weather allows. Absolutely stunning big terrace with a big table where you can eat/drink/watch sunset and the sea. The host is quite responsive (no English however). Nice cafes in 2-5 min walk.
- Can be very noisy from 19 to 23 because of live music in the hotel cafe/disco next door. Also, there can be a noice from the playground(s) downstairs
- There were electricity and gas outages in Kobuleti in June 23, looks like it can happen from time to time
- Strong smell of mould from the drying rack and some wardrobe shelves, the deep cleaning recommended
- Relatively high price comparing with the market
