The promptness of the service by housekeeping and the reception. My colleague complained of a cockroach and the staff moved us to a different room immediately while their personnel took care of pest control in the said room! The bathrooms, too, were spacious and clean.

Information about breakfast. I had to leave without breakfast.

Staff, value for money, location, hospitality, accomodated early check in at nominal price

Not much, but, slight issue of cleanliness. Store rooms very near which were left open for more than usual.

Rooms were clean and location was best. We can get auto taxi easily for any part of city.

I had made online booking through Booking.com, standard check in time was 11am but my train from Mumbai was supposed to reach early in morning so I called to the number mentioned on the website and requested to support, caller said we can check in early and cost would be 1700 but we have to pay 25% in advance. I paid on same call , when I reached hotel , receptionist asked me to pay more 500 for early checkin. Also he informed their are 2 booking from my name, one which I had done online through booking.com and 2nd was automatically done over the call. I was asking for refund but they denied.

Location and pricing was good..

Linen was not clean.. room balcony was not clean.
