Location, WiFi, terrace, proximity to bars and restaurants
Lack of elevator and no air conditioning

The check-in process is a little complex. However, once I was in the front door, everything went smoothly after that.
Clearer instructions on check-in would have been great, especially if you are arriving after 8pm.

The room (Belle Epoque) is really great - large, stylish, very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.
I'd double down on vacuuming... Some fittings are a little long in the tooth too.

Great location. Hard-working immigrant owners also cleaning the hotel. Wish them all the best
Old building that has been refurbished. Still a little shabby (worn carpets, peeling lino), and my door rattled in the wind if the window was open. My room was at the top of three steep flights of stairs and the bathroom was not in the room.

"Our second stay in this accommodation. Comfortable and friendly, both the host and the price, which is great considering how the prices are in Brussels."
