There is a restaurant male handsome staff in morning shift very friendly to us and even recommend the must visit place gosausee and hallstat to us! He is so good and friendly , even when we having breakfast he also service us very good 👍 must give him a thumb up…
When we check in in the afternoon time, a female staff in front counter super unfriendly and show bad attitude when the machine is broke down, she use different attitude to different customers, when to us she is not even serving the welcome drinks to us and even use the fierce tone and show bad fave to answer us. Super bad! Totally a bad experience to us! How come this service can get the top hotel in 2025??? I am wondering so much 😒
