I was on the brink of desperation cos I had booked elsewhere and it went wrong, they accepted my booking and let me in within an hour.
The place had all we needed.
I left my glasses behind and when I contacted them they posted them back to me immediately and free of charge
Can't think of anything it was great and smart TV kept baby happy

Peaceful, self contained, beautiful environment
A few big trucks about but not a biggie

Nice and clean double room close to parking, ground floor, perfect.
We came after dark and were unable to find the building at first, because location on map was confusing and NAV took us to the neigbourhood yard.

Very quiet
Location in remote rural area. No shops nearby take all stocks prior to arrival very run down needs up grading Shower screen off rails etc.
Originally placed in room which had not been made up after making contacting through booking.com this matter was quickly rectified.
If you are on a tight budget it’s okay but use as last option
