Lovely apartment in a central location for shops, bars, cafes, supermarket, beach and promenade.

Elena was super helpful and provided us great information about the property and surrounding area! The apartment was clean and in a great location. Elena provided us bus information on how to reach the apartment - this was so kind and very helpful. Loved that there were bakeries and bars to easily walk to. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. Everything was convenient. There was nothing we did not like - it was perfect!

Beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need and more. The host was so welcoming and went out of the way to help us with checking in, during stay and on check out. Travelling when 6 months pregnant and with a 2 yr old was made much easier. Perfect location for the beach, shops and getting to the old town.
I like a lot of natural light and so it was hard to relax for too long in the living space as there is limited natural light. This is a consequence of being in an apartment block and so given everything else was so good it wouldn't stop me staying again. It was expensive but equally the location and quality of the apartment, plus the helpfullness of the host (and available parking) all added to value for money. Its just difficult to justify so much and yet to be honest...we are glad we did!

A cozy, quiet and clean apartment in a great location. 5 mins walk to the beach and a nice 30 mins walk to the old town along the beach. There are groceries, convenient stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is well equipped with more than what we need. Free parking is an added bonus at a garage few minutes walk from the apartment. Elena, our host, was very helpful and kind in meeting all our queries efficiently. We were grateful for her quick response in helping us with our transportation to our next location.

Very well equipped apartment for a family. Everything you might need is there, even boogie boards, beach chair and beach towels.
The apartment is really close to the beach and just down the street there is a great bakery.
If you like a soft top mattress the beds are fairly firm.

Elena the owner met us at the property and gave us great advice on where to eat, places to visit, maps marked with bus routes etc.. The apartment is 100 meters from Concha beach and bus stops to Old Town, 200 meters from Funicular railway but is in among local people who meet, talk and drink in the bars nearby. You get a real feel of San Sebastian. Completely safe and quiet......perfect......highly recommended.

what a gem! it starts off with the owners welcoming you to the apartment and explaining all there is to know as well as the surroundings. they have given us great recommendations for bars and restaurants. the apartment has all the amenities you could possibly think of. the apartment is soundproof and has a comfortable parking space. the apartment is in a great street and very close to the beach. we love that everything is art walking distance of the apartment.

This is a great spot to stay. Elena and her family are really kind and great host, very communicative and always available to answer questions. The accommodation is on walking distance of al the great things that san sebastian has and close to a bus station. I can recommend this highly!

The location of the apartment was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all nearby. A beautiful 30 minute walk to the Old town. The host was amazing and had everything in the apartment that you could have wanted/needed (even more than expected). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and modern. The WiFi was fast and we were both able to get some work done without problems. The parking garage was secure and just a 3 minute walk away from the apartment, which was no problem at all.
Everything was perfect, I highly recommend San Sebastian and this apartment.

The owners are lovely people and a real helping hand. They even thought of having fruit at our arrival! The kids loved the toys they provided and they even had two simsuits. I truly recommend the appartement.

Hosts are very friendly, nice and extremely helpful! They met us personally and explained everything. Also, they were very helpful, when our bus back had cancelled. The apartment itself has everything needed for living, it's situated close to the beach, in a nice neighbourhood full of bars and restaurants. Easy accessible by taxi or public transport.
Overall experience was amazing.

The hosts were excellent and the bowl of fresh fruit and wine great. Also loved the location.
The lack of windows with views outside or an outdoor patio to sit in. The living areas were very small especially as we used the lounge as a bedroom. The lift was very narrow and the wheelchair could only fit by tilting it. Very expensive.
