Beautiful view of boats coming and going and gorgeous sunsets. Loved that you have full view of the water from the kitchen and living space of this unit! We will stay here again when in the area.

This is a lovely 2-bedroom sweet space with a cozy sitting area. Super comfortable, and amazing sunset views over Banks channel. The neighborhood is charming, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. Also a five minute walk to Oceanic Restaurant/pier with beautiful ocean views & Sundays coffee shop - we loved both places. Definitely would stay here again and give it a 10/10.

The beach on Banks Channel brought us back for the third visit, a perfect place to fish or launch kayaks. We also like to watch the boats going by from the deck of the rental.

The stay was good, the only problem we had was that when we showed up, the washer and dryer was not working. A new stack washer dryer unit was brought in, but the installation was not scheduled at all, and men just showed up in our rental house with the new stack unit. This was not ideal with 2 children under 2 years old in need of a nap.
The installers also did not even install the washer drain hose, leaving it next to the washer. When we ran the first load of laundry, water was running all over the floor! When we figured out the problem, I had to pull the unit out and install the drain hose myself with what tools we had on hand...
Aside from the washer dryer hang up, the stay went well.

Nice 2 bedroom rental across from inner coastal. Kitchen very well equipped for all our cooking needs. Only drawback was sitting on the nice deck and having so many cars drive by on the 4 lane road.

We were here for a family wedding. It was a great location for all the different activities. We enjoyed the view of the bay from our balcony and we were in walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean. Everything in the description was accurate except there was no iron which we really needed.

Great vacation!!
We truly enjoyed our long weekend at Wrightsville!! The unit was super clean!! It was not a far walk to the beach and being able to take our floats across the street to the waterway was awesome!! We will be renting this unit again!!

My husband and I had a nice short vacation at the Dalton. The weather was perfect and the vacation rental is stated very accurately online. The house was clean and had lots of needed items. We enjoyed the front deck and the use of the waterway.

This property is cute as can be.

The bed rooms were big! They could hold a king in the master and a queen with a twin in the other room. Beds were comfy.

We liked the soundfront beach for kayaking to the islands across Banks Channel as well as enjoying the water when the ocean beach was windy. We fished here as well and had a sunset Happy Hour at the cute table and chairs added since our last visit.

We vacation twice yearly in Wrightsville Beach and this rental, South End - Dalton, is, by far, our favorite. We've stayed in numerous places during our various trips and we always come back to the Dalton. It is structurally beautiful, always clean, well appointed, full kitchen with a stunning view of the water from the deck. It's walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurant - the Oceanic, superlative coffee shop - Sunday's and our regular hang-out - South End Surf Shop. We're returning in January and Dalton was our first choice but it was already rented. The only negative is that we always have to return home, however, we plan to move to Wrightsville Beach in 2 years and look forward to finding something just like the Dalton as our new home! I would recommend them most highly!!

We had a fabulous stay at our rental. The place was absolutely fantastic! The only thing was the fan for the AC ran continuously and they didn't get the part until after we left. Otherwise we loved it there!!

The location is excellent, a short walk to the Oceanic and a cute coffee shop. The beach is close and we loved the private soundfront beach for kayaking. The rental is clean and comfy with great sunset views from the porch facing the sound. Parking is tight We would have used the outdoor shower had it worked.

Great Location
Location of the property was great! This isn't your typical VRBO though. Since this actually rented through a rental agency, it doesn't offer the conveniences and "touches" typical VRBO properties offer. For example, they wouldn't not put the sheets on the bed. When I pay as much in fees as we did, it would be nice to have the beds made up. I will say, the unit was very, very clean. Also, the view was amazing and we loved the porch as well as the super quick walk to the beach!

My husband and our young son had a wonderful stay this property. This was our second time staying! We love the view on the waterway off of the porch and the cleanliness of the property.

Nice with drawbacks
Nice place, good location, clean, nice views. Check-in is cumbersome (you'll have to go to the office to get a key) and you'll be responsible for putting your own sheets on the bed and doing the dishes/putting everything away at the end of the stay - this isn't an AirBnB. Also, the driveway can't fit two SUVs, so if you plan to bring two, know you'll be responsible for paid street parking.

2nd floor walk up
We stayed here a few nights while visiting our daughter. Cozy little apartment. Sitting on the porch looking at the water was nice but noisy as it overlooks very busy main road. Fine for our needs. Would stay again for sure.

Falsely advertised as VRBO
Had to go to the Realty building even with late arrival. VRBO does not do that. Inconvenient. Condo was not cleaned and was filthy. So we had to clean it just to sleep in it. After a half dozen phone calls arrangements were made for them to come in the morning. Otherwise an ok place. 5 minute walk to the beach not too bad.

Awesome Vacation Home
The property management service was very responsive and the check in process was easy.
The house was exactly as pictured, clean and spotless! The Dalton had a wonderful view and it is in a perfect location, just minutes from the beach. My husband and I had a wonderful trip, it was a much needed get away. ( & a way to remain social distance).

We enjoyed our stay at Dalton, especially with the covid-19 situation restrictions. Our twin grandchildren who live nearby were able to have a wonderful birthday at the beach. The second bedroom and bath gave them a place to hang out, use the bathroom and shower after going to both the sound across the street and the beach. The unit is well appointed, very clean, and had everything we needed. The porch was big enough to social distance, the kitchen well equipped to cook our meals, so we never went out to eat, although we had celebrated a previous birthday at the nearby Oceanic restaurant. Dalton was the perfect place to gather during a pandemic. The owner lives upstairs and was super nice and welcoming! We’d love to come back and enjoy people watching on the porch!

We rented Dalton for a 5 day getaway in the off-season with family. The property is very clean, comfortable and recently updated. The bedrooms are spacious. Loved the beautiful sunset views over the sound. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommend for 3-4 people. Only negative is parking area is tight.
