Lokalizacja i darmowy parking, wygodne łóżko

Brak reakcji właściciela na zadane pytania. Słaba organizacja łazienki , brak półki pod prysznicem, niewystarczająca ilość papieru toaletowego

The apartment is very well located—close to the Old Town, the train station, tourist attractions, pharmacies, bakeries, and grocery stores. There are tram stops nearby, but the noise they make isn't bothersome. It is a clean apartment and has pretty much everything needed for a short stay in Krakow. The hosts provided tea bags and coffee pods, which was appreciated.

What we think would be missing is a towel in the kitchen and the coffee maker should be repaired or replaced (it leaks a lot of water). Otherwise, we have no complaints.

The location was very convenient. It was about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the old town. There was a lift in the building, so it made it much easier with the luggage. While the apartment was smaller, it was well laid out. The management company was very responsive.

There were a couple things that we didn’t like. First, there were no hand towels in the bathroom. When we asked them about it, they said they were not part of the amenities. Second, there were no dish towels in the kitchen, we had to buy paper towels. Third, we also had to buy toilet paper because there were only three small rolls and we were there for over a week. Fourth, the water temperature handle in the shower was broken off, and it was very hard to adjust the temperature of the water. With the exception of the last one, I know these are small details and I’m sure they don’t put particular items there because they end up getting stolen, but it is an inconvenience and they cost us extra money out of our pocket.

Slaapbank is oncomfortabel.
