The location is very strategic and well-managed. Staff friendly. Easy to negotiate with staff. Early check-in and luggage storage to inform early and will entertain. Near convenient store and bus station.

heater was not properly worming but the heat from the carpet and blankets helped barrier in language when calling for check in instructions

The best part of this place is the convenience from Kawaguchiko station. it is right in front of the station hence close to many restaurants and convenience stores. ofcourse if comes with an amazing front row view of Mt Fuji as well due to the location! host was kind enough to allow us to have an early check in, thank you for the great stay!

only part that was not very well maintained was the shower room, aside from that it is fine.

its near to the iconic train station around Fuji. Easy to access. The room is really spacious. You can see mt fuji from the property. its a really quite area. have other extra facilities like bike rental and its cheap. you can go to the train station by just walking because it just Infront of the property.

the room a little bit smelly. i am not sure if this happen in all room, but the room that i stay, if i open the aircond, it has a foul smell and it really unpleasant.

Quite big in space, good for a small family. We really loved the location and facilities.

it was very convenient because it is located next to a train station, the view is great, you can see the mt fuji through your window.

- Clean room. eqipped with hot water , air dryer , pot , microwave and cable tv. - great location. really near to the station ( train , bus ) . There are also convenient store, restaurants nearby. - The owner is kind. he allowed us to check-in early and keep our luggage in the room before check-in time.

- A bit concerned about the security. The front gate was not automatically locked during the time we stayed. Anyone can enter without password. Also, the room door seems not so secured. - thin wall. I stayed during New year's Eve. I could hear the voice , tv noise from the next door.

Staff was reachable, he replied to all the queries immediately...Room was enough for family to stay... I will recommend for others...

Great location and very cosy place to stay! The host was great as they left us a note at the entry which told us how to access the building etc.

The floor was damp in places and the walls were thin enough to hear the guests in the next room watching tv til 1am.

The location is great, near to station and mini market. And you can see Fuji san clearly, just right behind the station..
