Great location. Easy to walk into Caen centre. Lovely home. Lovely garden. Lovely owners. Fantastic breakfast.
Twin room was comfy, clean, great bed. and great shower but quite small for 2 people with luggage.

You really can't go wrong here. Eric is so welcoming, he even let us in early after a long motorcycle ride. It's a tranquil paradise once in behind his gates and breakfast is generous with many homemade items like jam and yogurt. It's a short walk into town and the castle from there.
This was one of the best B&B's on our 14 day trip. You can't fault it but I must mention one thing, the lack of drink making facilities in the room. I do like a hot drink or two when I wake up. Unusually for this type of accommodation, there was none.

It was a beautiful house full of character. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of local and home made good.
The staircase is quite steep but there are downstairs rooms.
