Grosses Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Lage und direktem Einstieg ins Meer. Dachterrasse mit grossartigem Blick, viele Touristen kommen um Fotos zu machen. Der kleine Ort bietet einen Supermarkt in Laufweite und ein paar Restaurants gibt es auch.

Wir waren zur Ferienzeit da, sodass viele Jugendliche den Ort vor allem tagsüber belagert hatten. Grundsätzlich kein Problem wenn nur der Lärm und vor allem der Müll nicht immer wieder mal zu viel wäre. Wifi war mit 4 teleworking Personen zeitweise überfordert. Mehrfachstecker und Kabel sind auch Mangelware.

This Villa is special. On a cliff with the ocean on three sides. To the left, stairs go down and you have direct access to the water. On the left, you walk 30ms to a beautiful beach, ankther great option for swimming. The ground floor has the kitchen, one en suite bedroom with single bed, and a living room, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The top floor has a big living area and waonderful terrace. The views are next level and the house allows for lots of relaxation, but be aware you will climb stairs quite a bit. Shops and restaurant are super close. Quaint little town. Connection from palermo airport via train is just under 2 hours.

Incredible view with the sea on three sides. The entire upper floor is very pleasant no matter the weather. Host was always responsive whenever we had questions or requests!

one of the two bathrooms is a private bathroom behind the smallest bedroom -> somewhat inconvenient if you're with a bigger group couldn't turn down the heating on the upper floor

The house is beautifully furnished, with some impressive 50’s design classics. The living room is great and comfortable for spending lovely evenings. But the main advantage of the property is the terrace, surrounded by the sea from 3 sides, offering unique panoramic sea view. The owner is more than nice and helpful!
