Great location, an easy walk to the city centre and close to a bus route to the centre. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed and was clean, comfortable and quite spacious.

I like the host very nice and friendly, and the accommodation includes breakfast. The atmosphere was nice, nothing fancy but clean.

The mattress wasn't really great, and because I have some spine issues it was a bit of a challenge

It is a very nice B&B which was extremely clean & good value for money. Me & my young son in the school holidays attended an evening football match at nearby Exeter City FC, which was a simple 10 min walk away. It was ideally positioned to get him back quickly after full-time. Monica was most helpful and kind in letting us put a few drinks in the fridge & also storing our luggage. After we checked out the following morning when we looked around the City before taking the train back home later in the day. It was well served by local bus routes & also has train stations Polsloe Bridge & St James Park within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend for those looking for a superb guest house in Exeter.
