We have stayed here several times before and always go back. The pool bar is very reasonable for snacks and drink and Dou Dou manages it well. Always friendly with a smile and keeps the bar and tables spotless
No microwave has we eat indoors a lot has we like self catering for. And the showers aren’t always hot just tepid. And

Great location, fantastic pool and bar, nice balcony.
Lots of rubbish in the garden section in front of the balcony. Wouldn’t have taken much to clean up and would have created a much better impression.

Lovely apartment newly decorated more modern great staff especially Doo Doo on the bar lovely food and pool comfortable beds great location

Nice room but not where it was positioned in the complex. Nice pool but the terrace could do with some maintenance. I appreciate it is coming to the end of the season but ongoing maintenance could be better.
We were given a room at the end of the complex with no private balcony and no privacy whatsoever. The hotel was not full so for overall customer experience we felt that we could have been given a better room. Reception staff were very nice but just very basic facilities and with very little to offer. Also communication could have been better. The pool was ok and the bar staff were nice but expensive for what you got.
