Clean, friendly, very helpful host. Well stocked with everything you need for daily life. Location is great, near Sea Garden, lots of stores around.
I am a person with some physical limitations, so climbing to 4 floor was kinda hard, esp.with suitecases. Apartment is quite small, this washroom with open shower, hmm...

Great location (easily walkable to the main pedestrian street, the bus and train station, and the beach), small but comfy room with all that's needed for a short stay. Super easy access to the property, I got all the instructions I needed.
No problem for me during my short stay but the kitchen area is quite small and not extremely well equipped. Also, as it's very common in this region, the bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower. But all in all, no major complaints at all.

The room is close to the city center and has easy access even to the beach. Right next to it, there is a parking space available at a very good price for 24 hours. Additionally, the accommodation was fully equipped with everything one might need, ranging from a drying rack, hair dryer, and kettle, to laundry detergent.
However, the room is old. The bathroom desperately needs a complete renovation; to give you an idea, you can easily take a shower while using the toilet, as there is no partition or frame to separate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. When we showered, the entire bathroom flooded with water. There was also a mold smell. Overall, it is not worth the money and the accommodation space needs a full renovation. Last but not least no good internet connection
