Perfect west highland way stop in relative luxury, staff were very friendly and helpful, evening meal was good hotel fare, location and views are fantastic, and the rooms were very comfortable. Laundry service by the next morning was reasonably priced and efficient
Breakfast was a little pricy and the buffet wasn’t the best. I also waited a long time for service at the bar as no one was there.

Brilliant location, excellent staff
Room not very clean. Extractor in bathroom broken and dirty. Shower hose broken exposing plastic pipe. Stained rug. Hair inside lid of room water bottle. Lots of dust around bedroom. All together a tired room. Nothing felt together- like a mix of multiple hotels and bad plastic flowers everywhere.
Watery bowl of hummus for starter; didn’t eat so therefore chose not to have pudding or breakfast.
