Terence the host, was the best part about this place. He is so caring to all his guests and really wants you to have a great stay. It has everything you need - clean rooms, warm blankets, mosquito nets, warm shower, tea on arrival, great breakfast. I was even sick in the stomach and he helped us with some local knowledge that did the trick.

The location is close to Adems Peak, the host was very friendly and spoke good English. Provided lights for our nightly ascent and cooked for us the evening before so that we did not need to worry about getting food. Arranged a tuk tuk to our next destination because it was off season and not much services available. We got an update because it was off season and the room was available for a little extra. The kittens were very cute 🥰 Would recommend!

Nothing specific about the stay, but keep in mind that: Hot showers can be challenging, but you are in the middle of nowhere so don't expect a really hot shower. It is actually cold because you are in the mountains!

Fantastic value for money. Simple hotel with good beds, clean-smelling sheets, and exceptional breakfast. We had two teenagers and after the night climb up to the top, the rotis and coconut sambal kept coming. The manager is a man of high integrity, trying to figure out the best for his clients for the best prices. For example, we went out of season and there was a landslide blocking the regular trail. He organized a local guide to take us up ahead of our arrival for a very good price… and he also helped us with transportation onward likewise for Pick-Me prices (as pick-me is not available out of season).

The room was crappy, it seemed like the shampoo was a something left behind by previous guests, and shower and toilet was in bad shape. The host did not seem to really know what we had booked. He asked me to check both price, wether breakfast was included, and when and what we had booked. It just seemed unproffesional.
