Excellent and proactive communication from the host, with very clear instructions. This included details of how to get to the property from the train station on either foot or by public transport. Some lovely touches, like baskets of breakfast items and coffee for the machine. Brilliant location for exploring Ortigia - right in the mix of pedestrian area with plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Even a metro-like supermarket two minutes from the front door. Very glad we booked this option for our short stay in Ortigia.
