Excellent home for group travellers, quick communication, the flat is safe and clean

Everythings was perfect. Specially place of this appartment. Bus stop / Super market / blue ocian are just in 10 min walking.

Robert was a great host. He greeted us at the property and was very helpful, giving lots of information about activities and restaurants. He also provided us with a parking space in the garage which was great as parking in malta can be very tricky. The apartment was exceptional. It was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Every room was spacious, well equiped and had free air conditioning. We have a young son so were home most evenings by 9 and found that the tv was great. There were hundreds of channels including catchup and box sets. The apartment is also in a great location; there is a beach minutes away, the promenade (with many restaurants and bars) is only a short distance from the flat and the malta aquarium is a 5-10minute walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be more than happy to stay here again.

A big appartment clean, well furnished and equipped. Located close to the bus station. A nice place to visit the main Island and Gozzo. Thank you to Robert for his kindless and attention and for arranging our drive to the airport.

A beautiful, spacious and very comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms, two balconies, two bathrooms. Sunny and very quiet, in a great location. Very convenient access to the beaches of the North of Malta. The host is an extraordinary person. Glad to meet him.

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was one of the most comfortable rental apartments we have stayed in! Communication with Robert was great and the check in process was smooth. He was able to get us a spot in the parking garage for the duration of our stay, which was awesome and appreciated. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. The couch is comfortable and there are a bunch of channels. There are two balconies. It was very nice to also have two bathrooms and we appreciated having a washing machine available. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Also lots of storage space in the bedrooms. The wifi worked well. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the drive to many of the sights/attractions isn’t too far. I’d highly recommend this apartment!

There was some construction still ongoing, but closing the window in the morning when it started up helped block out a lot of the noise. There is construction going on all over the area anyways.

The apartment is really comfortable and has all facilities we needed. Its location is a great starting point for exploring Malta.

Nice and well-furnished apartment, good price-value ratio, absolutely worth it. The host, Robert is a very kind person and really flexible. Good location: is not far from the National Aquarium and the local beaches, there are many supermarkets, restaurants (Luzzu, Ocean Basket...), bus stops etc.

In the surrounding area are lot of constructions. Luckily we had a quite good view from the balcony.

Uncomfortable mattresses in the smaller twin bedroom, need replacing. Noise from construction all around the building, quite disturbing during the day. Noisy neighbours.

Very first impression: smelling beautiful and super clean! Host was the best we could've asked... I recommend this place so much to everyone going to Malta. This guy (Robert) is the most kind man and host.

The apartment is new and facing an opposite hotel pool. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The host was very friendly and the apartment is close to the beach and restaurants.

I stayed for 11 nights, but there was no cleaner to clean the apartment or change the bedsheets and towels while we were there.

The apartment is great. It's perfectly clean and spacious, the view from the main balcony to the swimming pool is very nice. It is nicely located close by supermarkets and restaurants. The wifi is fast and and stable at a speed around 80-90 mbs. There are 2 networks, one of them is not working well in the main bathroom, but the other does, so if you experience connectivity issues, just switch the network. Highly recommended for remote workers. Robert is a nice person with good sense of humour and he had a very fast reaction to all our questions. And the price/quality is very good!

the apartment is in a great location everything is as shown in the pictures. clean and spacious. washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Robert is a very kind host, he explained everything to us in detail. during our stay he had a spare space in the locked garage for our rented car for no charge. great value for money
