Stayed 1 night after our plane got in late evening. Everyone was wonderful in helping us check in and get settled. The grounds are beautiful. Had a late dinner that was really good. Plenty of breakfast choices in the morning.

Close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, secure place, beautiful garden inside, good food.
Can't find anything.

It is an airport hotel, very functional, staff were friendly. Only around 10 minutes from Kilimanjaro Airport so a great location. Complimentary shuttle bus which was great. We ate there in the evening, the food was ok, but pricey and far more expensive than it should have been, but you're trapped there. We had much better quality meals in Arusha for a lot less. Air conditioning was very good. We would stay there again if our circumstances were the same, purely out of convenience for the airport, not for any other reason.
Food was ok and too expensive
